Bangladesh have received rating points after their clinical sweep of the three-match ODI series against Pakistan .
The Tigers currently have 81 points at ninth in ICC ODI Team Rankings .
An ICC media release revealed rating points of the two teams after the series ended on Wednesday .
Having secured the series in first two matches by 79 runs and 7 wickets , Bangladesh routed Pakistan by eight wickets at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Mirpur .
The hosts started the series with 76 points against Pakistan's 95 .
Pakistan have been pegged back to 92 points as they dropped to eighth spot from seventh in the ranking after the series .
West Indies are now seventh with 92 points .
"And when the ratings are calculated beyond the decimal point, then the West Indies is ranked ahead of Pakistan," said ICC .
Mashrafe Bin Mortaza and Co had been focused on improving their ICC ranking .
World champions Australia lead the table with 122 points and India in second place with 116 ,
